In all honesty, that isn't big enough to be the same object people are seeing.

2 km? Just compare the size of the object flying towards Earth and Earth itself. The object isn't some rinky dink comet, or at the least not the size of the one Dr. Strong is claiming it to be.

I'm rather disappointed, he's quite wrong this time. That is not where Toutatis would be in the STEREO Behind HI2 image. I had a question about this so I went back and specifically generated an image showing where Toutatis would be in the image vs where C/2012 V4 would be. The difference is obvious (Toutatis is just to the right of earth):

WTF is the hysteria about something hitting us? There's nothing out there remotely on track to whack us any time soon.
