## Anyone else feeling hot - cold - hot the last few weeks? ##

Weird you all mention this live on the west coast, but been feeling really hot then cold like I am chilled and just need to warm up even though my place is warm inside, but hot at night sweltering even so that I have to have the window open and it's cold outside yet can't seem to feel it. Thought something was wrong with me circulation issues, but healthy as a horse, 33 and female.

Not all west. I'm in Florida. One is in TN.

I suspect this will be worldwide.

Other things are strange too,for instance I live in a very wooded area and even when the leaves are all gone my house is still hidden.Has been this way for years.Not this year.Can see in all directions and can see my house from all the roadways near by.Can see a pond at the bottom of the hill thats not been visible from the house before.Its as if trees are missing and underbrush is gone.No one has done anything to change this.

I'm 57 yr old woman, living at 4,500 ft elevation in a sparsely populated mountain area of Far N.E. Ca.

Been getting hot to cold since 2007, went through menopause by age 46 with nothing like this.

Took me yrs to connect the solar activity with the hot to cold. 2007 was a very active solar yr.

I have several friends and family members who are experiencing this among other symptoms when the solar gets going.

Many of us have those pesky ear tones that go from quiet to very loud, and is usually the first to hit..And then a very dry mouth, the whole mouth, or just tongue, or roof of mouth..and dry eyes..Stomach upset,mild to extreme..lots of sinus drainage with no infection.

A rapid heartbeat, often with emotional distress, like a 20 min. panic attack, just before a flare/etc.. is reported.

Disturbed sleeping patterns, difficulty sleeping at night.

A heavy pulling overall body feeling, like waves of heavy energy that makes it difficult to walk..

And finally a vibrating that almost always starts in the feet and moves up the body. And disappears after the earthquakes start, which seems to dissipate most of the symptoms within hrs...Until the solar kicks up again and the whole process restarts.

Of course if the solar keeps going, so do the symptoms..bleck..

That is beyond weird.

I've noticed it also the last few weeks. Vivid-nightmareish dreams-waking up-then imsomnia-and a constant too hot then too cold body. I'm 54 and male

I was wondering if ... have the trees got thinner?

That is bizarre I thought the same thing today.
Lots of light visible from streetlights not visible in the past. The trees/bushes in the border area to the street seem thinner.

I also wondered if the recent thick fog had made made the light appear different.


So strange you noticed something like this too.

I just thought we had all gone mad. My 21 year old son keeps taking off his sweatshirt, then putting it on, then taking it off....and my 18 year old has been going from HOT to COLD. Over the past few days I have gotten so hot I went outside and stood in the cold and it did not help, later I was so cold I was turning the heat up. I was sure me and the kids had gone mad or were seriously getting ill.

56, female, I already have gone through the change.

Both my husband and I have been experiencing this for several months now.

The other thing we noticed is that our "healthy" body temperature is really low. It used to be 98.6 F but it is now in around 95.8 to 97.0.

I believe that our temperature being lowered is from Fukishima's radiation and it has messed with all of our thyroids.

Can you please take you "healthy temperature" and list it.

Also please say if this is lower than it has been in the past.

And finally, if your temperature has dropped, have you put on more weight..... as some people gain weight when their temperature drops.

I don't know about others in this thread, but I've had my thyroid checked two or three times recently. It always comes back fine.
