CHRISTIANS, please explain what happened to FISH during the Great Flood/Noah's Ark??

a few crib notes: we have fossilized tools no older than a few hundred years old, but we do not have modern examples of fossilized fish... and there are examples of fossilized fish with other fish in their mouths...

implying, like with the mammoths in Russia w grass frozen in their mouths that something happened quite rapidly to cover the fish (fish decay quickly)

according to Veith, there is lots of evidence that many of the fossils we currently have were made in a flood catastrophe, but it is dismissed...

also, there are no rivers in the world with more silt at the delta than a few thousand years worth--when dams are planned they measure silt in the river to ascertain viability, so they know what to expect and it is not there..

no trees with ring count more than around 5,000 years worth... anywhere in the world... carbon dating is faulty--see bbc doc on shroud of turin for more on why this is so... more crap science basically...

true science based on empirical evidence would support the bible... but typically you won't find it and careers get lost over this kind of issue...

Yea... anyone who has seriously done the math with regards to the flood and the sheer amount of water realizes that the Earth would NO LONGER be here if that account was factual. Sounds great on paper until you start calculating friction, pressure, depth, tectonic plate movements, etc...

From the high hills to the mountain top it fell as snow, after the 40 days it too 5 months before the rocks were showing. The land area is 1/4 of the earth, if it rains 22 ft and all the water stays on the land it would drop the ocean level a whole 5ft 6in and then back again by the end of 360 days.

NOT, REPEAT NOT, possible. The friction of the h20 coming through the atmosphere, based on volume and rate would super heat the atmosphere... the Himalayas are 30K feet high. The account said it COVERED ALL THE MOUNTAINS. So basically the ENTIRE crust was 30K+ feet under water....!!!!!!!!

you wont have your explanation, if their logic is not enough (believers logic's), someone will tell you the earth is hollow and the water come from within, if that ins't enough another one will say the earth is flat; or the water was espiritual; or the flood happens in mars etc etc

What?? All the water on earth has been on earth since the 5th day ended, about 4M tears ago. It's form varies, when the ice was at it's greatest during the last ice-age the ocean's level was 450 ft lower than it is today, fish survived that change in salinity.

Any new water would have to be warmed up from deep space cold (-300C) You want how many cubic miles of new water?

15 cubits means it was ground hugging and that same height, high hills and mountains get rain as snow or as freezing rain (that would be awesome way to live in the ice, with fire this time)

Are you going to like it any better if I say the 360 days of the 'flood' was really 360,000 years and 40,000 of rain followed bi glaciers that were at the level, of the 'high hills' in those days and 18 inches is actually closer to 1.8 km. 150,000 years later the rocks could be seen for the first time and the rest took up the remainder of the years, ending about 2,500BC? Probably not so I better not mention that both were done cause God likes to do things that way in some cases.
