You people who do so are just plain stupid and vile. Given the Shooter has done a terrible thing but there is NO NEED whatsoever to target his family in this way. You reap what you sow, if you don't look at your gun laws then these events will continue to happen, how many more children will die before someone actually does anything to prevent the ease at which it is to obtain weapons. |

It's possible that they could have just scrambled it to keep the hits down on their server for some reason. Ie. could be intentionally done for a reason. That said there are some rather strange words and clumps of words in there from what I saw posted, if actually fed into translator. |

It is an appropriate emblem for systematized industry, a virtue taught in the instructions. The Beehive has a place in Egyptian, Roman and Christian symbolism. As a Masonic symbol, it teaches that "Industry is a virtue that should be practised by all created beings, from the highest seraph in the Heavens to the lowest reptile in the dust". |

He is also a research scientist besides being a teaching professor and well known in his field worldwide. He has also taken 5 years of classes in the Chinese language and can both write and speak it. I trust what he says on anything computer/internet, etc. He's very busy & I didn't think he would answer today but just got his brief answer back right now. He said the "programmer" ac (stating that it is an encoding error) is correct & here is why the Chinese characters come up: "The poster is right, it's probably just a character encoding issue. There are so many Chinese characters that if you choose a random UTF-8 character it will probably be a Chinese character." So there you go and so glad he put it in plain English because sometimes when I ask him computer questions I don't understand a word he says! |

Why is it that when some robots are left in darkness, they will seek out the light? Why is it that when robots are stored in an empty space, they will group together, rather than stand alone? How do we explain this behavior? Random segments of code? Or is it something more? When does a perceptual schematic become consciousness? When does a difference engine become the search for truth? When does a personality simulation become the bitter mote... of a soul?" |

I'm lying here awake, still thinking about all of that stuff in my quiet little town I lived there ten years, still stop there every year on my pilgrimage up north, my cars still registered there even though I now hang my hat in Texas I married into an old Newtown family, they go back to that place from before the revolutionary war and are related to the Aaron Burrs (next door relatives still live on Obtuse road and the old road to Brookfield), and are direct relations of the Barnums (PT Barnum is a great uncle) and relatives have gone off to found a few well known firm In their backyard is the old revolutionary war cemetary. How's that for cheerful? I take no pride in this, as the family never really wanted much to do with me and I think of them as nasty and reptillian, but as a history major I find it interesting anyway in a detached way Now my experience in CT was largely with hauntings...from our first home in Weston built on an unconsecrated Indian graveyard, to other homes of friends of mine who were built on sites of slaughters, epidemics and some other issues which I think the damp moldy land helps lock into place). Through these experiences I got to know Ed and Lorraine Warren, who some may know as the TV ghost busters They were the ones who first clued me into Fairfield Hills and what may have gone on there (satanic rituals, "sky dancng" out in the middle of those 180 acres, dark experiments in the basement...who knows, right?) And yes, there are Masons, quite a few other groups there as well and unspoken old boys clubs which you can never really penetrate. After my dad passed I rented out my guest cottage and my tenant had once worked for GE capital and Jack Welch. He had since turned into a Lebowski-esque dropout, but when I'd buy him drinks he would tell me wild stories of how GE executives were connected to high level scientologists and some of the very odd initiation rituals they had Although I lived on one of the prettiest pieces of property I will ever own in this lifetime ..I felt a strong desire to move out of Newtown and CT going back to 2000 and was fairly desperate to sell by 2004, finally managing to sell in the spring of 2006 I believe we are headed for a spiritual showdown, for lack of a better term...and a place like Fairfield Hills is seriously infested with what I call "critters", and probably breeding grounds for more It doesn't help that all the weird gothy kids sneak onto the grounds and go perform rituals and do ouija board inside the old buildings, nor that Newtown moved all the town offices into buildings in Fairfield Hills and that anyone who had town business had to go to that place now to get anything done.... Who knows if this disturbed young man was one of those who dared himself to spend the night in one of those old buildings or tunnels, like others have...but the shooting range is up that way on route 25, so who knows my old friend who is the Shamballah Press editor, who lives down in Stamford, (but once owned an major ad agency and is definitely not "new age") assured me back 1995 that there are a number of what I would call 'satanic' old families in CT Of course no state or area is without these activities but when things like this happen, even though you know disturbed people can blow anywhere, you can't help but wonder a little Last Edited by IssueX on 12/16/2012 04:15 AM |
