If you can tell that she doesn't want to talk, don't, instead offer her a foot rub, and be silent.

Check with your cell phone provider. I can get a list of all text messages online. You probably can too.

I still think you should go with your gut feeling.

Re: so my gf talks to some guy friend on my phone and deletes the texts,... but i read one
There's no such thing as a 'guy friend'. Many people will avoid reality and spit venom at this fact but it still remains a fact that there is no such thing as a true and genuine guy friend for any female.

I've posted threads on this before. The highest echelon social study groups in the US have thoroughly researched this topic on multiple different occasions and each of the studies showed conclusively and without any doubt that there is ALWAYS SEXUAL TENSION BETWEEN MALES AND FEMALES REGARDLESS IF THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS WORK, acquaintance, or friend. One or the other or BOTH, ALWAYS exhibit sexual tension or desire, whether admitted or not, in 100% of the cases, therefore completely negating the platonic definition of "friendship" entirely.

THUS! People engaging in opposite sex "friendships", if they are genuinely honest and forthright people, must refer to these relationships as something other than a "friendship", such as 'the person I use to alleviate my insecurities' or perhaps 'the person who wants to sleep with me whom I string along like a puppy for my own narcissistic desires', or something like that. Just don't call it a friend.

So Op, in short, your 'GF' is engaging in a mental courtship and/or an emotional AFFAIR with another man. That is called cheating on many subtle levels. And of course, the dude is just trying to fuck her. Obviously. And being a typical female she confuses a man's lust for true love.

Advice: There are a billion eligable women out there. Women who are straight forward and honest. Why waste one second with a chick who obviously has a hidden agenda. Kick her sneaky ass to the curb and find someone worth your time. Life is way to short to waste on someone like that.

It said something like, I like the way you make me feel.

Is this enough reason to break up with her? I don't want to continue dating her if she's trying to build another relationship with someone else..

My gut says to let her go, I feel a conversation like that is inapropriate and unfaithful in a way, she shouldn't be talking like that unless she's trying to tell the guy she's interested in him, no?

always trust your gut instinct. Confront her and tell her you don't like that shit and it's over.

You are the troll and you're too brainwashed to realize it.

Your argument and what you are saying is to ignore the fact that his girlfriend, who is sworn to loyalty, is cheating. You sir are a spreader of immoral filth. Get your head straight.

There are certain, inherent, obvious, and ethical standards when it comes to being loyal. It matters not what your degenerate opinion is. A commitment in a relationship is based solely on exclusivity. Otherwise you do not commit. Period.

The Op's GF is obviously fucking around. There is no question about it and only suckers and born losers make excuses for that type of shit.

^^this^^ AC prolly gets cheated on regularly if he's even had a real girlfriend. Usually 40 year old virgins have an innate "look the other way" policy when it comes to chicks because they are so desperately pathetic they have no choice but to share their girl with 20 other diseased penises.

Op settle for nothing but the best. Without principles we are nothing. Let that sneaky whore go be with someone like this AC and nature will take its course. They'll end up divorcing cause of std's and their offspring will be head-fucked and amount to nothing. End of gene pool. Stupidity kills itself off in the end.

Re: so my gf talks to some guy friend on my phone and deletes the texts,... but i read one
This would be a clue to you that she is unhappy. Instead of badgering her about the text, tell her how much she means to you. Don't be weird about it either.
Buy her flowers, and show her some positive attention. If she likes the way he makes her feel, chances are he is being more attentive than you are.
If you show yourself to be overly paranoid, overly jealous, or suffocating in your relationship, this could be another reason she is "reaching out". I am a woman, I know these things.hf

Oh and I wouldn't break up yet. Just see if you can change her mind about you. When she starts to look at you in your eyes, she will finally smile at you, or ask you how you feel about something, you are doing something right, and keep doing it. If you can tell that she doesn't want to talk, don't, instead offer her a foot rub, and be silent. When my man thinks I am mad at him, he gets really weird about it, and it annoys me, he follows me around and trys to get my attention too much, "Let me show you this" every five seconds, don't do that. Give her space, but show her you are still there, and willing to give attention. Another thing, if you want to earn brownie points with her, cook her a meal. It don't have to be elaborate, and do a chore she hates to do. Do this more than once. It takes a while to make a woman happy. Don't give up, the rewards are there, if you are patient.
 Quoting: skyblau

I have to disagree..why would he want to stay with a woman that is cheating on him? If not cheating being sneaky and texting some other dude.

I think you need to address this directly with her or text the guy she was talking to.
