The second amendment says that a state can have a well regulated armed militia,they do,it is called the national guard and what every your states law enforcement agency is.

Americans banding together to fight off the Federal Government is a pipe dream.

If you don't feel safe at home without a gun,get a dog,can of bear spray,alarm system,bars on your windows and a bat.

you need to study more... its not just for militia purposes
