According to Wikipedia, the order of succession is

1. Prince Charles
2. Prince William
3. His brother, Prince Harry
4. Charles' brother Andrew
5. and 6. Andrew's daughters

But if Charles acts very incompetent and unpopular, I wouldn't put it past British popular opinion to demand William skip him and be crowned.

It is very heavily rumoured that Charles is not Harrys father. When he looked at the newborn and his red hair, he is said to have left the marriage at that point. They would leave him in the succession anyway because THE BOYS HAVE MORE BRITISH ROYAL BLOOD THAN THE QUEEN AND CHARLES. The closest living relatives to the queen are cousins in stuttgart area. Hey Im over 7O and forget their names but she visited them when I was living there for ten years. Her g.grandmother Victoria was half German(GeorgeIII was a Hanover who didnt speak EnglisH, only German and had 8 or 9 kids)and she married a German prince. Phillip is half greek and half German. Their married name was Battenburg which they changed to Mountbatten in wwii.

So Diana's Spencer bloodlines which go way back, are purer and more authentic than the Royals and they hated her for this.

The reason none of them have publicly admitted to a paternity test for Harry is because he is the "spare" to the heir and the spare for succession. Maybe after Wills has two children they;ll break a scandal and remove Harry. But right now he is preferred to Princess Anne, LOL, or the two strange other brothers, andrew and edward.
