Anyone been super tired the past few days?

I have been really tired too and when I'm trying to sleep I actually cannot sleep. Also my sleep has been really light meaning I'm not in deep sleep and therefore I can remember a lot of my dreams too.
Talk about the dreams, they have been really spacey and trippy recently

Don't know if other people are having this as well, but I have been having SUPER vivid dreams as well.

Nothing specific o meaningful but these dreams are hyper real and I remember much more than normal when I wake up.

Just thought I would mention it.

That's is exactly what I have been experiencing too. I can remember voices, smells and even some tastes. Really vivid! Sometimes I would like to stay in that dream

I have been so tired for a week now, I thought something was wrong with me, I get my son off to school and lay back down at 10 and the next thing I know it is 145 almost time for him to come home then I lay on the couch all evening. Thanksgiving my right leg started hurting so bad went to the doctors and must had sciatica, first couple days felt like a chainsaw cutting the back of it, not as painful now but still hurts and I limp on it. I never had it before. I just feel like I am dying slowly.

I've had a headache for about 3 or 4 days now. I always have neck/back pain so I won't count that but it is worse than usual. But also legs aching, feeling heavy and yes, super tired. Fevery chills but no temperature, in fact "low" temp.

I had the worst nightmare of my life EVER a couple of days ago. It was truly horrific, so bad, I haven't spoken of it to anyone.

BUT, all that said, I think a lot of this is period related. Are most of you also women? Check in on the period thread, I think our hormones are wacked out.

My teen daughter asked if she could take a benadryl last night because she is having trouble sleeping. Hello?? A teen having trouble sleeping? Now that is super weird!

I am a woman but passed the period stage.

I wonder if that is why i sleep till 5 everyday. maybe I'm sleeping longer cause time is moving faster. it's really overwhelming its been bothering me for a while. for a while I thought it was cause how late I would wake up. so I started to wake at 9am but the days still flew by. I think that's why ppl have low patience lately. and ppl are doing things they normally don't to feel relaxed. a lot of stores lately have these bob marley drinks, they claim to help you relax and shit. but i notice the stores are always low on those drinks lots of people buying them.

My friend and I both complain of terrible lower back pain. Very vivid dreams too. Which I never have. Seem to be about nature and or impending doom. Also people acting very different. Like calm before the storm

I too am having really vivid dreams, sleeping a lot, and I have had neck and shoulder pain for a while.

Exactly the same symptoms.

Omg man i've been so exhausted! I literally stayed in bed sleeping for almost 24hours yesterday! I'm not even sick, I've never done such a thing before.

eta - and same here on being tired and cannot sleep, last three nights

I have been crashing hard recently like someone coming down from meth. I'm clean as a whistle though, so I'm not sure what it is. Very odd sleep patterns as well. My nights and days have reversed.

Slept 24 hours on Saturday. Now, I do have a thyroid problem that in the past made me sleep alot, however that has been under control for a long time. The last couple of weeks can't get out of bed, and having pain just like you guys are mentioning in the neck, legs, etc. Never, ever, have had this pain before. It does come and go in intensity, but it is still there regardless.

What bothers me most is the feeling this is the calm before the storm. I do not mean that due to 2012 stuff as it may be personal rather than global. I don't know, but it is there nonetheless.

Same here! Earlier this year I was like Shit On Wheels, now I can't get shit done...LOL i also keep forgetting stuff, it's like someone or something is fucking with my mind...

Neck pain for the past couple of days, all I want to do is sleep lately, don't have much interest in doing anything else.

I actually woke up the other day and I had the oddest thought in my head.

In my mind my priority conscious state had flip flopped, and for a minute before I got up I felt that the sleep world was the important one, and that my awake conscience was the one that didn't matter.

I felt like - "Oh okay, well now I have to get up and go to work and eat and ll of that stuff so I can get back to sleep"...

As if my waking life was the one I had to go through so that I could survive my true purpose which at the time I felt was to sleep, more importantly to dream.

I felt like my dream amnesia, the forgetting of my dreams was important so that I would not interfere with my important duties of keeping myself alive so that I could dream more.

VERY weird.

To respond to the earlier question, I am not a woman.

I have been extremely tired over the past three days, and running a fever which won't break. I have been sleeping 70%+ of each of the last three days.

Very strange.

Neck/back pain.... Sounds like everyone you know is addicted to pain meds... Are you a doctor?
