The rings are not "tilted!" *Thanks for coming!* Saturn appears to tilt towards or away from us over the course of its orbit, but side to side it should look level right now, with the rings "open" not edge on. I showed both the orientation of the camera during the broadcast and that the planet moves horizontally when I use the guide rate east and west commands during the above video.
