let me make this clear the government does not govern 'goverment' is just a name that sounds like is should be associated with governing.

Its the puppet Masters and puppet show Producer who would receive that label. Have to admit, they seem invisible, untouchable and have constructed and managed and maintained.... a show that has us enthralled.

Yep....it's an adjective...."elitists", not a noun. They THINK they are better.
