The problem is recognizing it on December 25th which is the demon god Mithras' birthday. That is really a dishonor and slap in the face to Jesus.

For one, he never celebrated his birthday because only pagans did that. The early Jews and Christians never celebrated birthdays. And also the bible is silent as to the exact date of his birth. The bible never recorded birthdays. The only thing we do know is that he was born late September/early October.

He did tell his followers to only remember his death which bought us back from eternal sin and death. It wasn't his birth that did this.

The question Christians should always ask is is this(Christmas) what Jesus would want. And it would be a resounding NO. It is a very demonic day. It should be ignored by all who truly love Jesus.
