Women are for the most part social creatures. we are the ones that create families and keep everyone in touch.
if you don't have social skills, you are doomed.
social skills are more important than looks or money or anything else. they are the basic skills you need to get by in life...with women but also in general society.
confidence plays into having social skills. you don't have to have 100% confidence. but you have to be at ease in your skin. you have to like yourself enough, you make the first move etc.
you can take class to help with the confidence and you can go to therapy for the anxiety. this should be your top priority.

OP. What you are looking for is truly rare now a days, but it exists.

The other posters have described the phenomenon with various degrees of contempt (for you and women). Mission accomplished! (if this is a replay of one of the oldest trolls in the world.)

If not, I'll recap:

Very few women are unattached. They dont need to be. As mentioned, they are typically in a relationship as follows.

a) They are promiscuous, and have F---buddies. In the 60's-70's these people were called "lovers". Its casual sex. no real intention of ever forming a long term relationship, and the boundries/games are built right in. In this situation it is unlikely she needs more sex. you might get to run errands for her though.
b) They are in a generally monagamous, but perhaps open relationship. You are supposed to "alpha-up" and steal her away. The key phrase here is "you show me a beautiful woman, and I'll show you a man who is tired of f-cking her" see also MSM soap operas. REality TV. celebrity romance.
c) They are in a co-dependent and/or efficient relationship: kids, property, workplace, school involved. you are not necessarily going to have to "alpha-up" but you would have to work at it to be more convenient.
d) Serial monogamist. These women usually also have a pet. if you stick around, you might be next, but there is nothing you can do to change the timing.
e) mistress/concubine. Some "alpha" has too much "alpha" for his wife/primary girlfriend so he "alphas" a woman on the side. you'll have to really be a super alpha to compete for this one, cause even if you wrestle her from monogamy with sugar-alpha it is damn hard to keep them from reverting to point a)
f) if they are truly not interested in you and they are truly unattached, they will white lie it. But not even entertaining a 1st date or friendship is much rarer than a)-e) regardless of your qualities, or what some alpha stud tries to tell you to .... see b)
