Lol... It's gotten me through many difficult days. Especially during work hours. It's all about perspective.

Now, the "just hang in there" reminds me of that 1980's poster of the kitty hanging on to the edge of the table. :D

I think there is a lot of truth to this, there was an interesting article that interviewed Lindsay Wagner recently and she talked about how for her the key to health was thinking (and analyzing) less. I can't find it right now, I'm sure I bookmarked it somewhere. How did you come apon this elder?
