The body stores the memories because holding them in the mind is too emotionally painful. Then the person can get all tensed up and never relax until you have pain all the time. Many people have been covertly traumatized as part of a "Program" that has been being done to millions of people now. They start on people when they are very young, with covert beatings, abuse and rape facilitated by drugs. Parents give their kids to these programs because they are being lied to about what the programs really are. Think about what just happened with the Boy Scouts. The long term abuse that was just discovered. Parents trusted this organization. But the kids that went in there got really messed up. It's happening with a lot of organizations. Churches, particularly. Vacation bible school is nothing more than a harsh mind control prison. MANY people have been and are being TRAUMATIZED and this is intentional. It is purposeful. It is covert warfare of a kind, being waged against us from the inside. It is a soft form of domestic terrorism and it must be uncovered, seen for what it is and stopped. Read about the doctrine of "psychopolitics". Then you will understand. We are all under attack. |

Fatigue and pain is caused by dehydration over 90% of the time. Almost all people neglect their diet and proper hydration. Start from scratch. Fast for a couple days. And I mean eat nothing. Just clean, distilled water. Let your body reset. It is critical. Start eating ORGANIC salads. Even if you are a manly man. Gotta strip your intestines clean. You can even do an herbal cleanse and coffee enemas. Resume a full diet. But it must be organic and you must drink at least a half gallon of non-tap water per day. If there is any color to your urine then you are dehydrated. Minimal calorie intake. Humans do not need three meals a day. Take 5000 IU's of vitamin D per day and 1000 of vitamin C. Especially if you never get sunlight. Juices and pop and coffee do not hydrate you. Only water works. If your blood has the consistency of ketchup, then you will always feel like shit. |

Between pain in my knees, sciatica, pain in feet, heartburn, I feel like I'm 100 yrs old. But my mental attitude is wonderful. I had a great non-pain day yesterday and I really took notice. Hmmmmm..... Pain is my best friend it seems. Always with me, and I have no insurance and don't know what the heck I have. SPEAK UP. SILENCE IS DEADLY! I'm 27 and up until this year I felt great... now every fucking thing in me hurts... and I'm not a pussy.. I cant take a lot of pain. But I feel like i've been beat with a train... not ran over by it... but beat up and down and left and right with a fucking train. It fucking hurts to stand up, sit down, flip off assholes when I drive... Im under 30... almost 28... so it can't be a age thing?... or did 10-15 years of aging sneak up and preemptively beat me with a train? I feel so tired at times I can barely hold my head up... but yet I go... I force myself to go and do. and in the past 2 months I havent gotten very hungry, my appetite has been reduced... i feel jittery all the fucking time now. I dont do drugs, i smoke cigaretes... dont drink a whole lot... otherwise a decently healthy diet etc Anyone else feeling this bullshit? Reading your thread brings back the recurring thought that we are slowly being poisoned...by our food, air, water. If you are drinking tap water, there is floride in it, that is very bad for you. There has even been discussion about about the amounts of "drugs", such as antidepressants being put in our water. THEY are trying to "dumb" us down. Nestle bottled water is one of the worst for that. Eating any kind of food, other then organic is also scary these days, with the lack of nutrition, and the adding of so many chemicals, it is a ticking bomb waiting to go off. The FDA and Big Pharma go hand in hand, and a sick person is money to them. Vitamin D is VERY important to keeping yourself from getting sick. High doses, 10,000-15,000iu, is especially required in the winter when we are lacking the rays from the sun. Coral calcium, marine grade, is another requirement for good health. Then we have all the other immune fighting vitamins, such as C, and E. We need to keep our immune systems in high gear, especially in this day and age. Remember...to the government, a healty person, living into old age, just means more money going out. A sick person, means more money coming in, as they all work together, and one hand feeds the other. |

Yes, start juicing aswell, I juice carrots, oranges, apples, cucumbers, melons even green leafs :) Awesome! Juicing improved my health even more after going vegetarian. There's really something to it. You get the good stuff right into the blood stream when drinking it. Imagine how it take only a drink or two to "feel it", if you drink alxohol! Juicing works equally fast providing the body with all the good nutrients. |

I was talking with my mother the other day about feeling like shit all the time and only being 33 years old.. She (among other older people) tell me they believe it has to do with GMOs, and all the preservatives in todays food. Back in the day, people would smoke and drink, but rarely had negative effects from it. Both my grandmothers lived to be over a hundred and they snuffed and drank moonshine everyday...but their food was fresh from the garden. On a side note I would also like to add that I'm allergic to most fruits, however am not allergic to the apples and pears from my grandfathers tree that was planted in the early 1900s.... Just a thought. |

I also have low thyroid and it got really better since I got the medics for it. Though I don´t like the thought of being dependent in a way on it. But I´m always trying many things. We´re getting bombarded with shit, be it radiowaves, chemicals and so on, you know what I mean. This for one is also a reason why most of us have low Melatonin levels. I took it for a while and it helped me sleep better and it´s also necessary for a working immune.system. Since I couldn´t order it anymore here in Germany, I´m now trying L-Thyrosin. It´s kind of a prelevel of Melatonin. Didn´t notice much, only since yesterday, I raised the dose to 3ooo mg and it works pretty good, feelin fine today. If you really, really wish to avoid doctors you could take some supplements that in a few months can cure your anemia ! You need to get your hemoglobin up so an Iron + Folic acid + Vitamin B complex should do the trick ! Also a high Vitamin C intake is vital in order for the Iron to properly absorb in your body ! A great thing to include in your diet would be beets, they increase oxygen uptake in the red blood-cells ! i'll have that checked too. got plenty of beets here... but... i dont like em lol but i'll try em thanks :) Very thin slice the beets & saute them in butter until they begin to crisp around the edges. Much better than the boiling method. Fate whispers to the warrior "You cannot withstand the storm" the warrior whispers back "I am the storm" INTJ-A |

In Germany it´s called LTE or something, guess you know what I mean. So many documentaries and tests show, that this is the worst we are doing to nature and to ourselves. There was this movie "RESONANCE - Beings Of Frequency" and it clearly showed that connection and also why we lack of Melatonin because of it. I recently noticed how my neck felt kind of burned as I was talking with my mobile phone, while my phone was switched on as a mobile modem. I have felt this before but oddly I never connected it to my mobile phone. Yes. I did it, you can too. Second, nuke those carbs out of your diet. Cut way back on them. Re-examine grains, especially wheat. Cut that out if you can at all. Try upping your intake of D3, Calcium, and Magnesium (Chelated, so it absorbs properly and is usable by your body). You're getting a lot of advice, and a lot of it is good, but please try the things I've outlined here, k? Good luck to you and I hope you get to feeling better. Actually, you don't really need to take calcium supplement. Vitamin D at the right dosage can dramatically improve calcium absorption. You only need about 400 mg of Calcium which is easily met with a couple slices of cheese. That's about it. |
