I've spent many thousands on lotions, creams, and doctors bills with absolutly no results! i recently came across a post on here that changed my life! I can't find the thread, but the title said something like- "the cure for acne is to not wash your face" it sounds batshit crazy but it really flipping works! I would highly suggest anyone with acne to not wash your face, just let the water beat on your face and rub the the oils off with your hands. Thank you so much to whoever posted that thread you changed my life in so many ways, and i have alot more confidence now. If anyone knows what thread i'm taking about pleas post it for me

You can buy a pound of it for 5 dollars on Amazon. It's completely natural, packed full of vitamins and it doesn't have any irritating perfume in it. I was spending 40 dollars a month on steroid skin cream from the doctor but when I tried the soap I loved it. It's great for stuff like eczema and acne. Plus it's really healthy for your skin. Go to the store (most pharmacy and grocery stores carry it) and get liquid vitamin E. It will do wonders for the acne scars. Just a little dab on your fingers (after a shower) rubbed over the face every other night will work wonders !

It's because soap attracts dirt, bacteria, and oil molecules. article... Let's take a look at how soap actually works, and the difference the addition of an anti-bacterial agent makes. Soap is made by combining two ingredients, and acid and a base. The acid is a fat (fatty acids and triglycerides), and base is sodium hydroxide. This combination does two things at the chemical level. 1. When it is mixed with water it reduces the surface tension of the water, allowing other molecules to be absorbed very easily. 2. It attracts dirt, oil and bacteria, which sticks to the soap molecules. This combination of ingredients in the soap works by attracting the dirt and grime on your skin, which sticks to the fatty acids, absorbing them in to the water, and then holding them in suspension.
