screw these guys, this is ridiculous. Criminals by their own nature don't adhere to laws. fucking useless.. MURDER already IS illegal! you can't legislate behavior fuck twads, people do what they're going to damn do no matter what. why don't we ban cars, like Obama said if it can save just one life.. it will be worth it; I'm no fuckin scientist but I'm pretty fuckin sure people get killed all damn day in cars. you live in a country now where the odds that a INSANE person will commit a violent act of any kind is only a question of when will it happen next.

It starts with banning 'assault' weapons, large clips. they will try to get them, Obamer will just sign another executive order. Then another shooiting will take place, and another... and another... etc.. Then they say, "i'm sorry but the law has failed but most importantly the AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE FAILED; we need to take MORE".

Even if these laws use the word magazine, as you well know, in the dictionary, the word for magazine, has a definition pertaining to a a collection of pieces of paper, with writing on it.

I dont have a clip, or a magazine, attached to my rifle. I have a rectangular piece of metal, that holds rounds in it, and has a spring at the bottom, that feeds the rounds into the chamber.

Do you see where I am going with this. Law is Semantics. If one can use semantics correctly, there is always a loophole in Law, for Language is fallible.

How about we ban violent criminals rather than guns. It's not going to change anything, even with the current gun laws felons are still able to acquire guns on the street and use them in crimes. If they start taking assault weapons how will someone defend their home during say a riot and/or mob looting? This is BS.

Ammunition, munitions, magazines are armaments protected under the second amendment just as well as the firearm itself. Enforcement of the Dick act of 1902 needs to be realized.
