And the Earth loses it's precious yellow rocks forever... stuff doesn't get turned back into ground and anything else through natural life cycles. Someone doesn't understand natural order at all, do they? Did I say the gold went anywhere? No, I'm just saying now it has to get back in the ground, where if humans didn't change, they'd still be taking it right back out again, in time it'd look like that gold could never be a chicken fetus. Who is anyone to think that we, the ants on the small and thin surface of this earth are even CLOSE to taking up 1/1000th of the gold WITHIN the earth? Who are YOU to suggest such a thing. We're scraping off layers of SKIN about as thin as it at least in comparison to how DEEP the earth is. And What exactly is it you propose? We throw all the gold into a volcano which is currently spewing OUT the molten innards of the earth?

Consider this: I could have made this about diamonds, and actually have been accurate on the the "rock" label. But no, I chose gold, because even though diamond is "worth more" we don't worship it as much. Now why would you want to worship gold? Sure, it's shiny, but so is morning dew, and last time I checked we were putting a lot more effort into gold mining than clean water distribution. I believe at the same time we we're trying to figure out how we could MAKE gold, we were also making water contaminated with toxic poison. Lovely. Now you see the point of this, and all my threads, are to get you to look at the human condition from god's pov.

True. Remember, people aren't born idolizing and worshipping gold; they are conditioned by their relative society (do you think the African miners that dig gold value it in the same ways a westerner would?).
With that said, the root of this affliction for gold can not be blamed solely on the individual, as they have no choice but to be exposed to shallow materialism. Gold is an ornament, but it is a perversion putting gold above life. That is the entire point. To perverse the created in stature to the creator.

I find it odd that you don't know how to be just like christ. If you're capable of love you're capable of being like christ. I didn't say you would BECOME christ, because christ is a leader and you might not have the will or the knowledge or just plain wish to play god. I however have all of those things, and quite honestly I could and will lead my people to the promised land.

What that electronics book didn't tell us is that gold is one of the best electric conductors because it does not corrode.

I theorize they have either taken it off planet or are using it for deep underground bases where moisture is a problem.

Gold has one thing going for it. It is Hypnotic...A yellow metal that gets its value from your energy. A worthless symbol that depicts and promotes scarcity in a world of abundance. It has no value without your suffering if you are playing on the wrong side of its standard.

Gold is not just a yellow rock. It is a fantastic non-corroding conductor, is used for medicinal purposes, dental purposes and it reflects electromagnetic radiation.

It's also an ideal currency because it possesses all the monetary properties that the market demands: it is divisible, portable, recognizable and, most importantly, scarce - making it a stable store of value.

I also fail to see what you getting at about gold being fucking baby birds or something.You wouldn't even be able to type out stupid drivel like that without the power of gold that is most likely sitting inside YOUR computing device. Absolutely correct.

Doesn't matter what it is. It has always been and will always be the only true currency for humans on earth.

Furthermore gold is an element that isn't present in ANY life form so I fail to see how it is robbing any creature of existence. It should also be noted that gold doesn't really form "molecules".

Gold serves no basic survival function. You can't eat it obviously. It's too soft to make useful tools out of. Our twisted empire gives it worth when there is none. Same with diamonds or any other "precious" metal or gem. People kill one another for these things though. Our civilization is nothing more than an enormous mental institution.

guys, gold is extremely useful for electronics because it conducts electricity 100% better than copper.

It's extremely useful and will only become more valuable.
