OK Who else heard that deep rumble in the Escondido/ Nothern San Diego area?

That is what I'm starting to think it was now.

Still crazy sounding!

We heard it here in RSF. I grew up in Scripps Ranch and used to hear it much louder/clearer there in the 90s/00s. Having read up on it I think back then it was static engine testing at the General Dynamics facility on Beeler Canyon Road and/or a military facility called Green Farm. I just found these, haven't checked them out yet, but this is the place I'm talking about. Much of it has been developed into residential homes now, but some is still in tact.

Strange to still hear sounds like this in SD.

OMG it's back and louder this time.

Wth is it?

It is actually shaking my windows.

We are feeling them in the south Escondido area too. Nothing's showing up on USGS earthquake feed so that can't be it. I've felt a bunch of them though, and it's definitely making our house shake.

Hubby and I are just glad we found this thread. Haha it's nice to know we aren't totally crazy. Really wonder what they would they be doing at Camp Pendleton that we would feel this far away?

Yeah, it's been going on fo the last 2 hours off and on.

Carlsbadian here. Definitely felt & heard it too. A good 30-40 shakes/rumbles in the past 2 hours. I haven't heard it like this before.

Its 11:13 i hear it too, booming and rumbling every few minutes. Im in encinitas.

Isn't it a little late for Pendleton?
