WASHINGTON — The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee says closing loopholes in the background check system for gun purchasers won't threaten firearms owners' Second Amendment rights to own a gun and is a matter of common sense.

These liars know exactly what theyre doing, and theyre decieving the public!

It has nothing to do with Newtown or 'for the children' and everything to do with an attack on the second amendment.

It has nothing to do with background checks in reality, but everything to do with REGISTRATION!

THIS is the real conspiracy.

THIS is where the true effort is by those undermining the 2nd amendment in a coordinated, determined conspiracy to undermine the 2nd amendment. All the rest of it is just red herring. The AWB and mag cap is just red herring.

They are trying to make this look like COMPROMISE, when it is in fact the most dangerous thing of all by far!




What theyre GOING for is UNIVERSAL FEDERAL FIREARM REGISTRATION under the guise of going after 'universal background checks.'

A 'universal background check' system can only be enforced through a universal federal firearm registration and they damn well know it! The vast majority of foolish, dumbed-down, naive Americans who say they support universal background checks havent thought about it and dont realize it requires registration in order to enforce.


'universal background checks' = requires universal federal firearm registration!
.... and .... registration is the necessary stepping stone to eventual confiscation.


This is exactly what was done in England and Australia. Registration, then confiscation followed.
