I planted some Georgian Crystal Garlic this fall. Can't wait for harvest time.

Garlic is one of the best of medicines. As long as you crush it first and then wait 4-5 minutes for the allicin to come out, then eat it or chop it. But make sure to crush it!! It makes allicin, its defense and its active agent. If you don't crush it first, it's a waste of it's properties.

naw i love garlic garlic too... i find myself putting it in the oddest dishes... it helps so many foods out there reach ultimate taste...
Hamburgers especially... i usually grow a big batch and can it myself and i make my own garlic sauce... like the pizza places have...

and i can garlic juice to add to cooking, its quite a an awesome food and it helps so so much!

I have a batch of this started in the fridge.
Garlic-bacon venison bratwurst.
2 1/2 Lbs. venison cubed 1" or smaller
2 Lbs. pork shoulder """"""""""""""""
1/2 Lb. plain bacon chopped
2 Tbsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
30 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tsp. allspice
1 Tsp. ground mustard
1 Tsp. onion powder
1 cup cold water
Mix salt, sugar, and spices in cold water until it's all dissolved.
put all meat into large bowl(not aluminum!) and pour spice mixture over the meat and mix well and cover, let it sit in the fridge for two days, stirring once after first day.
Run it through the coarse grinder plate and fill sausage casings, it makes about 15 sausages at 1/3 Lb. each with an average of two cloves of garlic per sausage.

I love garlic too! I have been reading about the benefits this last week or so. I am starting to juice as well, so I am going to try to find some recipes that use garlic :)

You have to shower thoroughly and brush/floss/rinse thoroughly and often or you will be an unpleasant person to be around.

Especially if you are crushing up 10 or so cloves a day, letting them sit for 10 minutes and then consuming them.

Handful of kale
handful of spinach
1 T fresh ground flax seed
1 T of Chlorella (good kind)
1.5 T of Spirulina
1 T soaked chia seeds
1 organic banana
1 organic apple
Spring water

Blend well and enjoy!!!!!

I eat garlic in my stir fry's, salads, eggs, and homemade pizza's.

Garlic is AWESOME!

Gently roasted garlic is the best!

I absolutely love garlic in just about everything. I love to cook and the garlic is the first thing I reach for.
