Enemies of the American Constitution are Cutting Their Own Throats

Think electicity, diesel fuel and taxpayers. Without all three of these things the modern American Military is reduced to guns and boots. If the ass backwards Taliban can defeat both the Soviet and American military, just think what your typical red state American can do.

You know you won't grow your balls back after allowing your government to cut them off, by trying to say Americans have no choice. We still have ours, and our guns.

the public enforcing these ideals enshrined, for themselves, as the local level, would do alot of good in creating a defense at the local levels, that would emanate outwards.

im not sure the federal branch, as it is now, is suited for the needs of the people. it either needs modification, via amendments, statues and codes, etc, or removal from the framework, and something else, or nothing, put into its place.

it is faulty. theoretical systems of its absence have been formulated, as well as its modification, and can be found online.

an even better system would be direct representation by the people, wherever they may be, technology proves usesfull in this, but security is the problem, and how that would be administered, maintained, and worked out.

jeffersons ideas of "wards", down to the location of where every individual was standing, using, etc, their land, etc, this idea is a good one, and his reasoning what that this way cities, counties, states, federal, or anyone else, could not assume power over another, and everything was based on fully disclosed contracts and free will consent, within a frame work of common law. still till this day, for each individual, the notary public, and the court of clerks, is a supreme court of record, for one of the People.
