Yes, open it and take it into your advantage, be in control of it. Dont just let it wide open at all times without guarding it. Learn to use it when you need to and want to.

Yes, generally speaking masturbation is a waste of powerful magical energy. At orgasm, you put the energy into whatever is in your mind at the moment.

The reason sexual practices takes place in some secret orders, and sex magick exists, is because of the powers of this energy.

You can direct your will and intention at a specific goal at the moment of orgasm to charge something more useful, instead of just wasting this energy.
