Why Obama Thinks It's OK for Drones to Kill Americans

All hail NBC's Michael Isikoff, who has gotten his hands on a previously undisclosed Obama Administration memo concluding that, under certain circumstances, the U.S. government can kill Americans with drones. By giving tanks and f16's to Egypt Obama has violated the conditions required for executive response in the document and he and his cabinet are eligible drone strike targets as defined in his own policy.

I can't read it properly and with perception without either retyping it or somehow stripping the overlay. I'm sure others have this problem too.
