I make a system image copy every three months and back up all my data files and directories to a USB 32Gb plug-in drive. My system image is usually 12 DVD disks. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 23554071 United States 02/08/2013 03:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hooray! I finally got it fixed! It took two hours on the phone with the Microsoft guy in India to work through a number of scenarios. He finally put me into safe mode and we found that the program worked perfectly while little else was running. It was then a matter of rebooting to the regular mode and eliminating one service at a time until we found the one that was causing the problem. Finally! Thanks to all who tried to help.
