In fact, no alcohol or any other drugs, either. 15 minutes strenuous exercise daily, followed by 15 minutes meditation. Focus on being aware of when you are tensing your muscles, and consciously release tension and relax. |

I grimace a lot and constantly deal with spasms around my mouth and tics. Does anybody here know how to deal with them? Its making me suicidal.....
