I wonder how many people they are going to hire part time for minimum wage to enforce this shit? bring their unemployment stats down again I guess! They will build those tiny condos they have in China....you know the ones that are basically a bed with a tv in front of it that has an enclosure screen to seperate you from the other thousand units like yours in a warehouse. That's what they really want. just you in a bed and then you go to work for a dollar a day. 20 dollars a month will be for your rent. lol so 10 dollars left for gmo food at mcdonalds. LMFAO We are living in the twilight zone! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 961432 United States 02/12/2013 03:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We've been told for generations what "healthy housing" is. Quoting: Prof X Fire codes, water codes, safety codes are nothing new to us. Healthy housing is a must in a society that so freely sues. Right, so if all those supposed "safe" measures haven't created "safe" housing under O's definition, then why would any more regulations (that are never carried on except on a beneficial basis for the fiefdoms) make it any safer? This is about protecting entrenched wealth. They blew a huge bubble in securitizing mortgage debt, made billions off the securitization, then when defaults began piling up making their debt piles stink more they got .gov to bail them out and the fed began buying up all that crap at marked to fantasy valuations. Make no mistake this is further protection for the banks, to hide their malfeasance, and to screw you further. Perhaps even to revoke your personal right to own a home. . |

I see in the future: Knock and talk, "Can we see your heating, etc. and by the way do you have any bows and arrows? Harps? Oh, and we have to take your dogs, they look ill. BTW,your health insurance will go up unless you get rid of this toxic paint, insulation, flooring, etc. as we are accessing the national health care directive database. Oh, your electricity usage is too high, your bill has to go up unless you pay for the ten thousand in upgrades, you are not green you bad person." Etc., Etc. Mandatory energy audits, sales of homes, Austin: [link to www.austinenergy.com] Single-family homes 10 years or older may require an ECAD audit before being sold. Will spread. Sad times. I do not want to live in a senior condo downtown, with no dogs and no car, dangit. Won't go for that. |

This is for the 'relocation.' Healthy housing = a section 8 ... lol.. got to laugh at this point i guess..only thing i know..still haven't found one person that knows/and or how one goes about signing up for some 0bama care... Not one person..seems to know how one signs up for the new health care system 0bama got going... Besides.. Father didn't believe in private property rights.. there's also some 4% real estate closing tax, thought went into effect under 0bama care... (think it was) haven't heard if that's gone into effect yet or not...that won't get talked about much, believe it or not most people will never even know they've been charged this new tax unless they really read all of their closing papers, and the 'closers' sure ain't gonna tell it. |

Problem, REACTION ( throw OUR money at it ), SOLUTION (?) ! Same OLD formula, just a different way to SEPARATE the public from their money. AND, they 'study the problem' for YEARS, while NOTHING is done, except create high paying jobs for their parasitic, political cronies. EVEN if they have to borrow the money from their Bankster 'friends' AT a NICE interest rate to boot ! Same old; SAME old .... LOTS of TALK; VERY LITTLE MEANINGFUL RESULTS ! Eagle |

One eviction from a slumlord and we've not found one person who'll rent to us since. We are four living in a motel room. And now Beelzobama wants to tell me what I can live in and how I can live? FUCK HIM!!! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 16213727 United States 02/12/2013 03:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is PRECISELY what destroyed Detroit and send homelessness skyrocketing.People could not afford the high standards required by the city so they sold up. As property values tumbled, it became more costly to maintain a property rented than to tear it down and the cost to renovate was well in excess of its asset value. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33130922 So, millions ended up on the street as all the houses were torn down. When will Government learn. A place with creaking vloor boards and living room with wallpaper from the 1980's is ALWAYS better than a cardboard box in the street. a lot of those people moved to Kalamazoo/Battle Creek, Muskegon and Grand Rapids....the crime rate has gone up in all those areas. the Grand Rapids thugs have been on the move to darken and victimize many people in the N,E,S and W. of GR... Kentwood crime rate has gone up a lot. It used to be a very nice community... |

The price to build is already out the roof literally, this will finish off the industry slowly. Soon you’ll have to have OSHA or a like group approve your home sale. Quoting: Chrit Agenda 21 on the way and in full force. They will be providing you with government approved housing, enjoy your new tiny flat. They want us like Europe where there is no extra land to buy and build on any more unless you’re a millionaire. And while were crammed into these small units the people who push this standard of living are living in GIANT MANSIONS |

We know how "alternative energy" has worked out. Their pathetic attempt to save energy will predictably end the same way. Regardless, when you control the generation and consumption of energy, you have the ability to control lives and industries. And it's all about CONTROL. |

This week, the Obama administration released a "bold new vision for addressing the nation's health and economic burdens caused by preventable hazards associated with the home." The project has a name: "Advancing Healthy Housing: A Strategy for Action." I'd like to know how that is going to happen.Apartments are not affordable where I live and houses aren't and very few if any coming on the market only big expensive ones, no one selling and also no affordable senior housing either if you don't get section 8 or whatever it is called these days. So how is this going to happen, healthy housing ?? and what do you do when your savings run out and only income left in your Social security which is no security at all? And why is it that i have to pay 99% percent of my check to my landlord and empty savings and still I get nothing. Do they call living in your car Healthy housing, it's probably better then what I live in now. Healthy housing lol.... |
