what do you think about past lives and things of that nature?
I don't know if I had a past life here. I haven't ever looked at anything and thought THIS REMINDS ME OF ME. Seen stuff that seemed familiar but I've never had anything I can recall as a past life experience. It used to bother me. When I was descending into madness from not sleeping well and being betrayed by everybody who was supposed to love me I BEGGED to know if it was a past life issue I was going through. I literally used to yell at the spirits for trying to kill me. By then I was having things like walk ins (illuminated shadow came into my room and touched me forehead to forehead. I stared seeing a dancing figure behind my eyelids and it eventually led me to a book that had the image of it. It was Oya the spirit in the Oshun/Yoruba culture.) I was also having astral stuff (turning into a comet and crashing into stars and staying there coming back regenerated here). I was also had a spirit screw me (which was even more strange that the next day the spirit wound up being an ex gf who called me. I had no clue about this stuff at this point as I just attributed it to my imagination)

these all happened within a 2 month period. What was the kicker for me was by this time I thought WELL LET ME TRY ACID because I'd done shrooms and such and knew a bit about how it worked. I can't say it was a bad idea, but try explaining this to your psych and such after a mental breakdown

I used to go meditate in the bathroom. Quiet, dark and NOBODY could get to me there. So after taking about 8 paper hits (my body has always been tolerant of things like that. I had to take massive amounts of stuff to get the effects, but I didn't start dabbling until my 20's. Not even on alcohol really) . I saw a crystal/quartz pyramid on the wall and it was surrounded by palm trees just flapping in the wind. I closed my eyes, it was still there but more vivid. Then I was taken inside. In a flash I was in a chair sitting before beings that only had lines for eyes and a mouth. their heads were clover shaped and they appeared to literally just be FLAT. no depth just FLAT. Nothing was said to me. I just sat there and smiled and it was like I KNEW. Knew what? I'm still trying to figure it out.

we're all on a journey. I felt I needed to share some of mine as well

PEACE

My oldest boy has been really interested in everything to do with the Titanic from age 5 he is now 12...This being said my wife and i have bought him numerous books models and pictures of the stricken ship....2 yrs ago we went to a titanic exhibition show in Calgary Alberta....He was ecstatic to see all the artifacts and memorabilia....This all came to a abrupt halt when he was looking at missing persons log that had a picture of a teenage girl....He cried and sobbed for 2 hours after.....This shook me to the core...

WOW. I can only imagine. I'm shook NOW as I read it. How do you deal? What can you do that would offer any type of comfort in that situation?

so I guess we aren't comfortable enough on this topic to share? I KNOW people here who got stories to share. Maybe others have answers that we need. I don't see how keeping secrets is HELPING us to remember things... perhaps that is why the brainwashing and deception is in place, so people won't bother to question WHAT is really pulling the strings.

bring that up to a Christian and they will call you a heretic if they don't go straight for the pitchforks and torches LOL

I sat through so many bipolar church services that I started to get a perfect image of why somebody who was in the beginning comes back in the end because he came in the middle and told them they didn't have it right. Killed him then as well.

I'm not saying that the story is real or fake- NOT MY CALL. But I have seen and read enough to get a better image of what "christ" was supposed to be about and why I have not met one Christlike person in my life. Not 1...

agreed. Which makes me wonder about me because I've always been abused and such just by being there. I wonder WHO I am really sometimes because I only seem to be a magnet for the negative. Maybe darkness doesn't have much to hold on to in my case.

I started to see ME once I stopped running from the stuff and I realize that when I'm honest and speak the truth EVERYBODY around me gets scared. So I wonder who or what I'm a part of.

in one aspect I know that I met THIS before and I know that it hasn't gone anywhere, but NOW I feel as We're merged (I know this sounds like some of that new age crap. I tried to explain all that stuff away when these things started happening)

so met this, lived to talk about it. Names are not important because names are added and removed in all written accounts. It's more of an energy than a name you can put on it. I don't channel. I don't summon. I don't speak in tongues. I don't think I'm special. Just a person. People just need to consider that I'm actually not lying on this because it would save them the embarrassment of trying to FOOL me. I'm no fool and I'm still trying to explain this away

This is why I don't question MY life, but I question everybody who feels that they are an authority on MY life and they know nothing about me.

btw my avatar photo was a self shot at a show I was at, I snapped the pic and that was the result. I didn't even look when I did it.

I took my aura photo earlier this month. The fact that this color keeps coming up in my life is no coincidence either

interesting, me too, totally fascinated and when younger, obsessed with it. not sure where or how it would fit into my timeline though. I had a very gifted friend who has now passed away. Too bad I didn't bring that up.

I also had an experience that was similar to what Ezekiel had in the Bible. The being in the grass, the wheel within the middle of a wheel, beings and the energy all of it.

I still don't know what it means. Have heard and read others accounts who had similar.

not getting answers from people was part of what led me to my going "crazy" as I felt nobody cared. It was not a good place to be

Pfft. Maybe past lives aren't really past lives, but a current life you are living, mixed in with the illusion of your current life you think you are living.

perhaps. If time is just an illusion, maybe you just live once in different forms, like just elemental displacement...

today you are mostly oxygen, but in the next life you're mostly hydrogen but you don't die but just fill in empty space in another.

Could be...

I don't know. Just postulating.

Re: what do you think about past lives and things of that nature?
Oh let's see, first of all, every single piece of matter that makes your body has belonged to some previous thing at some point in the billions of years it has existed, so even from a purely scientific view point, based on the principles of quantum entanglement and so on, you could probably come up with some kind of theory.

From the perspective of buddhism, say, it's not that there's a "soul" that moves from "life to life", because there is no "soul" or "separate self" in buddhism, but there is a concept called transmigration, where the elements that form what you think of as "you" recombine to form a new "you" at some other point, much in the way that a ocean waves are born, grow, travel a while, foam up, collapse and die, only to have the water recombine into a new wave, and a new wave, and a new wave, and so on in a never ending cycle of birth and death, unless you somehow find the way to exit this system, so to speak.

I remember when I was 7, out in the streets I saw a picture of Jesus. I asked my father if he really existed, and then I thought about how famous he's been throughout all that time, and without knowing anything about reincarnation I wondered who he was in this life. That was back in 1990.

OK, I won't even get into oxygen, and hydrogen, and all that BS, it really is just a model drawn on paper made to look real and that BS. Really, it is!

Just keep in mind, that water, a construct of hydrogen and oxygen - ahem H20 - is one of the most bizarre substances ever conceived. Think about, hot water freezes faster than cold water!!!! Not too mention the numerous other anomalies of water. That's why John the Baptists wanted to Baptize us in water.

in my experience with water it is the essence of life but has so many things in it and forms that it exists that you can't even attack it. Hydrogen and helium are more important in tackling things than going straight to compounds

at least they are 1 and 2.... You go from 1 and 2 in trying to explain your way back to 0.. You don't go higher, you go for lowest common denominators
