How about a small cruise launched from the highway going west into Lebanon. A road mostly in rebel hands at the border so it is a smuggling route and new weapons were said to be on the way.

How about a shell from the ridge about 10 miles west of that 'tank garage'? It looks big and tracers hardly ever fly alone.
