i would argue if we're gonna make all kids equal then we should ban all team sports, that way there's no winners and losers. It will help prepare them for the real world, where everyone is paid the same and everyone works the same job and everyone gets the same house cause it's a unicorn rainbow we live on.

He WAS already part of the team. He helped manage the team. The majority of shallow assholes nowadays wouldn't have even let him participate whatsoever. Just saying.
