I would never recommend something that I felt was potentially harmful, or could hinder the ability to remain yourself, or whichever argument against psychology that is perpetuated consistently.

This is the best advice I could offer, from one human being to another. I have deep knowledge of the consequences of letting an issue like this to get out of one's control, and the true disadvantages of refusing to seek expert guidance.

If your insurance does not cover this, If you could provide your general area of residence, I can possibly put some calls out to colleagues who may live in your area. Or alternatively, we could seek out a program that may cover this for you.
All that I ask is that you not let this go unchecked, because not only does it pose a potential risk to your mental well-being, it may be also indirectly or directly pose a risk for others you may have contact with.

I find it's normal to have kinky thoughts from time to time. They occur when I am bored with life. Once I started focusing on a hobby that I really enjoyed the fantasies went away. Find something that keeps your brain stimulated. Learn an instrument, read a good book, work on an art project. Of course these thoughts will come back and you'll need to find some other hobby that keeps you from boredom. If there was a real devil or satan it would be boredom.
