I don't feel any extra energy, or anxiety, or anything different. Trying to get a "feel" of the environment, I get a sense of waiting. Everything is still, but it feels like it's in anticipation of something. I associated it with the earthquake so strongly, that a couple months ago, when that awful sensation came over me again I panicked and told everyone we were about to have an earthquake. I was sure of it. The sensation lasted about 15 minutes, and no earthquake ever came. I thought it was strange, but eventually wrote it off. Then about a week later, I started getting that same feeling just about every day, around the same time of day, out of nowhere. The first few times it happened it was awful, I thought I was dying. Then I grew to expect it. I tried using breathing and calming techniques and that helped greatly. Now I still get that sensation maybe once a week but it doesn't last as long and I have control over it. It's just become part of my life. It's very hard to describe but I can feel as soon as I get up if it will happen that day or not. I think this is connected to the energy fluxuations going on. I was happy to read here that other people are feeling the same things. Very interesting. Sorry for TL;DR. No insult intended...you may have episodes of very low blood sugar. Next time get a sugar jolt like OJ or even coke or candy the second you feel this sensation and see if it helps. The first one may have indeed been a reaction to a subsonic warning...and your system responded with an insulin infusion. Or not. None taken  I'll try that next time. I've never had problems with sugar before but next time I feel like it's going to happen I will certainly try having some sweets, I hadn't even thought of that. I would feel kinda stupid if that was all it was, lol. (no soda for me though, never touch the stuff.) I actually had a great day today. Been super happy all day and right after I posted that earlier I went on a nice long bike ride through the woods. It was the nicest day I've had in a long time. And that's significant because I've been depressed for some time. So maybe not energy shift for the world, but for me certainly.  |

But I had to run down to the drugstore, less than a mile, to get kitty litter. I got into the car...got on main street (small town)in line of three cars. Suddenly a cop pulled out of the side street and pulled over the car behind me. You know what that does to you. Then another cop pulls out just ahead and pulled over the car in FRONT of me. I decided to screw this and just turned around and got back home. I was not going to tempt fate anymore today. |

I hold that there is a true all encompassing force who is the ultimate Source...but he accepts all knowledge and probably chuckles at our mysticism of demons and boogie men. Those old books have done more to lead men away from the true light than into it. I have to laugh myself every time I read how "god hates queers." Your man made gods are really the hypocrites. But we all are entitled to our opinions. |

I tried to eat meat, due to peer pressure from the guests at my relatives party, and immediately felt sick, even before I could swallow. I lied to a relative, and my higher conscious told me it would result in karma, very quickly. Well, my relative ran into the person I formented the lie around, because what I lied about was heavy on his conscious. My higher self continued to urge me to correct a wrong, before negativity takes effect. I didn't listen... About an hour later, my higher self said "Now you must ride the wave, and be cleansed" Immediately after this, a splitting headache and the worst burning sensation in my eyes, as if I had something stuck in them, followed the karmatic migraine, until I awoke today.
