Sorry but the Spanish and Portuguese are a bunch of lazy SOBs. I tried to open a branch of our company there once. How about these rules?

- mandatory SIX weeks of vacation
- you cannot fire anyone, even with cause
- mandatory bonuses twice per year
- mandatory health benefits

How can anyone start a company in Spain or create jobs? They are victims of their own socialism. Let Madrid burn. Maybe the new democracy will have common sense and the Spanish won't feel like entitled colonialists.

There will be a new—and ‘indefinite’—‘Surround the Congress’ protest on April 25, similar to the one that took place on September 25 last year.

The main activity will be: ‘the siege and definitive liberation of the Spanish Congress‘ and the aim is to: ‘bring down the regime…and open a transitional process.‘

The organisers say it’s the only option they’ve got left:

"We believe that our proposal is the only we have as a society to rise out of the misery in which we have been thrown into by those who today occupy Congress and the rest of the antidemocratic institutions that make up this regime we’re subject to. This time we can count on the prior experience of the September 25 protest and a social reality which since then has only worsened, which pushes us as a society to fight with more force for that which should always have been ours.

We are not going to keep playing by their rules, we are not the outraged, we are normal people with little to lose, everything to gain and with dignity in rebellion.

Our patience has run out, we are no longer scared and we are going to change the rules of the game. The rules will be decided upon by the people this time."

3 students have been detained after preparing molotov cocktails that were going to be used in tomorrow protest.

Government says the protest is against the "rule of law" and is warning people that this is going to be a violent protest. They are warning that people should stay out of Madrid center.

Black Block has also been called in. Black Block members are joining from the rest of the world&other parts of Spain.



Universities, High schools are preparing for the event.

I hope nothing goes wrong and nobody is hurt. But we should expect the worst. The country is over the edge.

Also government is going to raise taxes and make more austerity cuts on Friday morning. This could make things worse.
