Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34829246 On one hand, I want to make sure my injury is taken care of On the other, it feels like I am selling my freedom. So on principle, I told them no. Put a bunch of gay porno on there then give them the password. |

Which is what they will SAY anyway. That is a COMPLETE violation of privacy and I would definitely get a lawyer. That's absurd!! And why in the world would they tell you in advance when you can go delete everything that you don't want the world to see? We all have personal pictures that we SHARE with friends, not that we should be FORCED to show as legal documents. Sheez this is getting REALLY outta whack! If we don't listen we will never hear the truth |

If it is your lawyer asking for it, then fire him/her and get a real lawyer. If it is not the employer/insurance asking for it then no problem. If they are...simply tell them no, that none of that is relevant to your case, and they have no need or right to see it. |
