You can actually watch the episodes with new special effects that have been completly redone. I wasn't too sure about it at first, but it does look pretty sweet if you can let go of being a "purist" and just enjoy it.

Well, I actually did pick up the other two seasons also. They were on sale at Best Buy, I didn't see a full series case though.

STAR TREK, HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!( I always thought this is what Picard should have yelled before going to warp, instead of just "make it so")

"Make it so" is still pretty suave though.

Whoa!! 249.99 for the three seasons on dvd??

The BluRays are were 39.99 when I bought them the other day.

I got the CD season one collection years ago the one in the yellow tri-corder case. I love it. If you look closely, you can see the fake ear prosthetic on spock. Legend has it the make up was excruciating for him.
