Actual mortality rate of the German POWs in the Anglo-American custody was extremely small. Even many war criminals were essentially unpunished and freed.

In view of this 'deathbed confession' that does have the ring of truth to it in my opinion... this would mean that the "military/industrial complex" that Eisenhower warned about had somehow made contact with the Alien Entities directly without going thru the White House and /or Congress or Senate approvals, treaties, etc. It would also the Military/Industrial plus Alien(s) then appear that they had something on Eisenhower that kept him relatively silent. In his Farewell address he did warn us - but in vague and general terms. This group would of course stop at nothing in order to control Eisenhower. Apparently they found out they could not control Kennedy regardless of what dirt they had on JFK and his family (and there was no doubt a LOT of it.) He simply didn't care... and that "don't give a damn" attitude eventually cost him his life. Or so it would seem...
