funny thing is, Nixon was fighting a campaign against liberals who were almost successful in destroying the country using Alinsky's methods. If you don't believe it, search for an interview done with Rudy Guliani on how they almost destroyed NYC in the late 60's / early 70's. Heck, even Elvis volunteered to help Nixon - he knew what we were up against. But...they took Nixon down, denied Ford funding for the last push against the North Vietnamese that Nixon had planned as a way to end Johnson's war (Peace with Honor) and tens of thousands of South Vietnamese and Cambodians were slaughtered.
