If you feel you are being threatened or something on your property is being damaged then it's normally justified. I mean the kid was on his property, and I don't quite agree with "Oh you're on my property and deserve to be shot". If he was in danger or his property was in danger it's understandable. Looking in a court case the kids priors are disregarded because he was not caught in the act, but just near the suspects truck. He doesn't know if the boy has a gun or not. He doesn't know what the boy is doing there. He had to break in through the gate to get to where he was. How can the prosecutor decide it was not self defense and not an imminent threat? Again second degree murder indicates some form of intention. This is all about the same agenda. They do not want white people defending themselves from thugs who are trying to steal from them. |

The kid def did not deserve to be shot in the head, but he also had no right to be on someone else property. I hope the kid recovers so he can tell his side, and i hope the homeowner gets a good lawyer. |

The police did NOT arrest a man defending his life (Zimmerman). The outcry against Zimmerman, he was NOT arrested or charged for defending himself. This NoLa case won't get much air-time probably. He was promptly arrested & charged for defending his property... Sad state of affairs when we are expected to lie down & die. |
