Football Season.. anyone care?

I enjoy football, but also realize that the games are dictated, based on who stands to make the moeny. Still better drama then most TV, and hopefully, someday, they will fix it for my team.


ZBy the way, it's not just foozball. If you can bet on it, it's fixed.

Haven't watched in a few years. Won't be watching any more.

If it was real like highschool football , they wouldnt have multi million dollar stadiums.

So is every movie/tv show/ 99% of the conspiracies on this forum........doesn't make it any less entertaining.

Its funny being from the mid-west and going down to Texas.

I don't even want to imagine what they spend on their high school stadiums.

Football season.....usually watching something else. Only football thing I watch is the concert during the Super Bowl.

I care nothing about professional sports of any type.

The NFL is irritating. It is a dangerous game and you know that when you play it. That's why you get millions to take the risk. There are lots of more dangerous jobs that don't pay anywhere near the millions....but they are trying to turn it into ballet.

The "no celebration" rules are vastly irritating. A sporting event where they players can't celebrate success? A sporting event is supposed to be emotional...yet a bunch of old fuddy-duddy billionaire owners want the players to be "businesslike". Ridiculous and boring.

The NBA season is so long and the ease of getting into the playoffs makes the regular season boring. They don't even really play until the playoffs. Why would you? Why destroy your body when it doesn't matter that much.

I do like college sports but they are in the process of screwing that up too.

I care less and less each year. My team isn't on in my region, but the few times a year I can watch, this is what I do:

1) DVR
2) Skip all the BS with the FF button
3) Skip all the idiot commentators by blaring some kick-ass music instead

the professional sports a little tame nowadays back then they use to kill each other (mayans) not anymore..lol jk
