It's a hoax from someone who saw the videos of radar data of 1998 QE2 and its moon and didn't understand those aren't literally "images" when he used that as inspiration for his ISON cg hoax. Videos of 1998 QE2 radar data and radar data of other asteroids aren't literal images like that, they're graphical displays of Doppler shift and light return delay.

The video you posted was claimed to be from a Chinese satellite... a communications satellite. There is no satellite or telescope in the world large enough to resolve an image of ISON's nucleus like that at its current distance, not even close.

Please give an example of any other comet this large that engulfed the Earth for what has been forecasted to be 8 days in an immense amount of dust.

When are we going to see another video, photo, of ISON from you? and what can we expect you to be posting in the future? How often and at what times and distances, and have you got a plan to show all of us?

As this comet gets closer, from your photos will we be able to get closer more clear high res photo of what all may be inside its coma?

After watching and hearing all the fear porn and BS about ELENIN i'm not sure anything out of the ordinary will come of this comet either, however, I don't rule out possible unforeseen consequences, possible earth changes. You just never know with the times we live in.

In your opinion, Is there possibly larger than dust sized particles, possibly tens of millions of rocks ,asteroids? what about possible Cyanide gases coming in the tail of this thing?

From the trajectories I've seen, which I presume to be accurate?,it appears that as the comet is slingshot around the sun that afterwords, as its going away from earth for several weeks,the earth will be directly in this comet tail where there is a possibility of magnetosphere problems because of the nearness to the sun possibly acting up and solar flares causing charged particles with comet and earths magnetosphere lighting up like a huge firework in the sky causing some type of possible electrical reaction?.

I watched a very informative video on comets showing that they really are still learning a lot about comets, and have research showing solar flare radiation bursts can possibly cause a reaction with charged particles causing possible large electrical discharges to our magnetosphere?

At some point we will be directly in front of, and in between the comet and the sun, with how massive this coma, tail is, possibly earth directed flares and CME radiation bursts could be a problem for our electrical systems,and satellites, as well as possibly setting off increased volcanic eruptions, increased volcanism?

any educated guesses or information on any of this type stuff?..

I'm going to do another live ISON webcast sometime this week.

I'm going to try to show ISON once a week. I would schedule a specific day except that I don't want to have to cancel on account of weather and have missed an earlier day in the week that I could have done it, so I'm just going to play it by ear and try whenever the weather looks good at a rate of about one show a week.

As it gets closer, if it survives perihelion, it will look much larger and brighter in my images. There won't be anything to see in the coma unless it breaks up. The coma is just tenuous gas and dust.

Tens of millions of rocks and asteroids? No. There may be slightly larger bits near the nucleus, in fact the nucleus itself could be binary for all we know, but if so it's orbiting the primary object of the nucleus at a very close distance, too close for even Hubble to have resolved back in April.

It's not a threat to us. We've known about cyanogen gas in comets for a long time now, and for just as long a time there have been people trying to profit off of that with fear porn combined with sales of "survival gear." The fact is that the gasses in the coma and tail are too tenuous to affect life on earth, even if it flew right past us and we brushed the tail (which we won't). That's exactly what happened with Halley's comet in the early 20th century and no one got poisoned by it.

We will pass relatively close in January to where the comet had been previously which is where we may intersect some dust left behind from it, but we will not be passing through the tail. Note that in Halley's case the comet literally passed directly between us and the sun. Nothing happened.

While I do think that NASA, along with the rest of the government, is full of shit, I think Ison will be a big nothing - probably like Kohautek back in the day. No Nbiru or end of the world or probably not even much of a comet, although a flamer would be cool. It might freak people out too much though and much of the world is loosely wrapped right now.

I remember debunking him on this too. He didn't understand that any object with an eccentricity >=1 has no aphelion and one cannot be calculated. The orbit isn't closed. Since Mrcartoonwatcher failed 9th grade multiple times he doesn't understand parabolas and hyperbolas... but that doesn't stop him from crankaing out Rubetube vids and his ignorant commentary on the subject.
