They have the encryption keys...and if they don't.....they get them.

No they don't have the encryption keys. They are stored on a private secure server.

Snowden says the end points are what they attack....and they then obtain the encryption keys.
...or they use other more forceful methods.

You really need to wise up.

They would need to obtain the keys forcefully.

Even if they were watching the end points they would have no idea whose traffic belongs to who as most of the servers have 50+ users active on them at any moment. Any traffic to the server is fully encrypted and they don't have the keys to look at the traffic and read it.

Whatever it takes....social engineering, brute force hack, endpoint attacks,
getting the keys from the other side of the endpoint, backdoors in Linux, Windows, Apple.......(yes they are there)

....but you are living in your dreamworld my naive friend.

The only way is to get it in force and if they were to assault the servers with exploits it would be extremely hard as they are using a hardened version of debian.

this is effective but illegal but can still be tracked and OP those small encryptions are old news, they can break them easy and your ISP can still tell when your on it

its encrypted with stuff they used in the 70s, your PC has many things that give itself away and even if you used someone elses internet they can still find who send the data with things like your MAC address, all things have these too, pc,mac,phone,tablet

That encryption isn't from the 70s and as for a mac address you can change it. Browsing the web securely will not reveal a mac address as there is no need for it. Even if you were using an application that shared it, the only thing they would have is a mac address and countless IPs it could possibly be tied to.

I was kidding. but if i wasnt i would probably couple using the neighbors wifi with writing a new rule into my firewall that blocked any incoming pings and occasionally spoof my mac address.

If the NSA wanted me they would still find me though.

after all else we've been through in that regard
