How can you avoid the Obamacare penalties legally?

Ok the government is good at using loopholes and so are rich businessmen. So why shouldn't Joe public have an opportunity also?

Here are ways that you can avoid paying the Obamacare penalties which start in March of 2014.

"The only individuals exempt at this stage are:

• Undocumented immigrants,
• Members of certain religions,
• Individuals who are incarcerated,
• Native Americans,
• People with a family income below the taxable level,
• Those who must pay more than 8 percent of their income for health insurance."

I think for many Americans, most Obamacare plans will cost more than 8% of their income, so there you go...

"The ACA itself states no criminal action or liens can be imposed on those who fail to pay.

Depending on the number of people who abuse this leniency, Congress may eventually impose further penalties as the individual mandate goes into full effect."

So if you don't pay, until congress enacts new legislation, the government can't do a dam thing about it. So the only people that will be paying the penalties will be the honest folks doing it through the goodness of their hearts or those that read this just now.
