Dont File Electronically, Mail In your tax return. Sign the Tax Return " Under Duress ", and state that next to signature, this may prevent the IRS's powerfull Perjury Weapon from being used. IRS will have to prove you were not under Duress, and it may be better to let a Jury decide that, not the IRS. You do realize that the IRS has their own private courts and judges don't you? Have you ever heard of "tax court"? Google it sometime and see what rights or lack thereof you actually have in "their" court. 7 Billion people on the planet! That's a BIG number! And I am one. |

Regardless if you use Veterans Admin Healthcare services you should enroll. Why? Because Vets enrolled in V.A healthcare are exempt from Obongo-Care. No penalties, no bullshit. A nice little way to avoid the SNAFU happenings swerving in our direction. If you don't like it, don't use it *I personally hate the V.A*. Just use the enrollment to avoid the crap. ;)  |
