Yet he is being urged, according to Levin, to break the law by advisers inside and outside of government, such as Bill Clinton, Dick Durbin, Nancy Pelosi, liberal law professors, and members of liberal think tanks.

It is also safe to assume that he is being urged to break the law by George Soros, given that the last time this subject was raised a couple of years ago, it was Soros who encouraged Obama to bypass Congress entirely, set the Constitution aside, and do whatever he wants.

There is nothing in the 14th amendment that would allow him to do any thing of that nature. There is a lot that could get him in a hold lot of trouble for trying.

I am reading it right now and it sure has nothing about him taking control of anything.

I don't thing he could take control except in a rebellion but congress would be involved.
