He has been trying to close down state parks, they are not federal and he has no say so on state owned parks. The congress is really over the park service, so way would he think he can demand them closed, he also does not own them nor does the government, We The People Do! Not the UN who can go fly a kite somewhere else. It is held in trust for we the people!
