It's got something to do with the brain. Something didn't develop right. That would account for the bragging. As for what turned him into a monster, without details it would be very hard to find the exact cause or number of them. His history of sexual violence starts at a very young age. His sentencing seems to be very light compared to the crimes he committed. I'm blaming the system for him turning into a monster. If his first sentence was so unbearable for him, he wouldn't have done it again. Anyway his dead now, one less sicko everyone has to deal with.
