If he is not employed there he is out of line. He had no authority to do what he did and store employees will follow someone outside because they, the customer, can always say that they intended to pay for the items at the cashier line. He potentially put the store in a position of being sued.

Where was that guy when we needed him to do security at the Mena Airport. He could have chewed Bill Clintons ass out for selling those big shipments of George H.W. Bush`s cocaine that caused the Crack Epidemic in so many inner cities.
