But seriously I dont get it at all and I live in a small county in tn, so small the whole county doesnt even have a traffic lite and total county population is less than 7000 and I think we have 2 spanish families living here and at this time 1 black family I think? But I havnt seen them in at least a year so they may have moved away.
And believe me its such a small town/city/county that you see everyone that lives here a few times thruout the year and so yea everyone knows eaveryone and on a first name basis.
