My cousin is a geneticist. She says "blonde/blue" genes are dominant. Evidence is that very black people have a kid with blue/green eyes and pale hair, if one of other parents is white. It surprised me as well. There's black peole that are paler and have lighter hair and eyes than I do, and I'm white. Basically, blonde blue is a lack of pigment. It's like pouring white paint into a bowl of another color.

Also, I knew a full bloded Cherokee, and she was a very fair blonde with very blue eyes. Her grandmother was an albino, with no white genes at all. But she was white on white on white, with milky blue eyes.
Laura's parents were often accused of kidnapping two blonde girls, as they both were dark red and black haired and eyed.
