Klonopin is terrible. It makes me feel very angry for hours. Lorazepam on the other hand is the bomb.

Re: PAXIL vs. Klonopin
Why are you asking? What is wrong?

Those drugs are over prescribed. I hope someone will spend some time with you and try to find out the root cause of your problems.

Don't misunderstand the message. Klonopin helps people emotionally deal with serious medical issues.

If you are experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, or depression... then its possible that it could be your hormones.

I had a serious panic disorder a few years ago. Two doctors tried to put me on prozac and klonopin. Valium helped with the symptoms, but I decided that it wasn't something that I wanted to take because of the dependence issues and withdrawal. I later found that it was my hormones that were causing the panic attacks, anxiety, fatigue, and depression.

If you suffer anxiety, the best medicine is working out, a healthyh diet, regular sleep and facing your fears. Been through it, drugs don't help. Oh, and if you smoke weed and are getting anxiety, quit for a while. It does a world of good to give up the daily habit and make it recreational again.

And?? Do you still have anxiety, depression, and fatigue?
Did your hormones level out and they went away or what? Just curious myself because I have all of those issues. Psych has me on Prozac for anxiety and depression and I haven't taken a single pill in the year I've been prescribed it.

Agreed.

My parents watch his show on Roku almost evening. They don't understand why I dont like him and neither do I.
Its just as you said, a weird vibe about him, I don't trust a word that comes out of his mouth.

I agree (except for the smoking part just because I don't smoke weed anymore so can't have an opinion there ). I have been on a combination of Lexapro and Klonopin and it doesn't help, at least for me. (I feel like I need to add a disclaimer because someone will tear me to shreds for suggesting people go off their meds, however, I am just relating personal experience). I stopped taking the anti-depressent the wrong way and had suicidal thoughts. I figured I had to go back on it so I wouldn't have those thoughts. Klonopin never fully helped with my anxiety. It took me quitting my job just so I had a moment to think for myself, and I never have found so much peace as that. (Not that I'm advocating quitting one's job but in my case that is what I needed, so I could rest, focus on healing myself with more sleep, exercise, diet, and ...the biggest one....facing my fears and anxieties. Getting to the root of the problem instead of masking it with aforementioned prescribed drugs. I used to be so scared of the suicidal thoughts but now I have more strength. Day by day. Baby-steps for me.
