If the CIA was capable of such destruction then the CIA would had target the likes of John F Kennedy, Dr Luther Arthur King, Malcolm X, and John Lennon. There would had been further investigates into CIA murdering of Bob Marley. There is no claims, testimonies, evidence, or further speculation that the CIA was involved.
